helpful staff breakfast service strong scent humid floor
the staff was very polite and helpful. the breakfast service had croissants, pastries, cornflakes, juice, and coffee , and i could pack a few items to take away. it helped a lot since i was traveling alone. the room was compact but practical , with helpful toiletries like toothbrush , toothpaste , shampoo , and even hair ties.
i noticed a really weird and strong scent in the lobby , like overly perfumed eucalyptus mixed with humidity. the guest floors smelled of mold or mildew , and they felt very humid. it was quite unpleasant , and i didn't find it refreshing.

the hotel offered complimentary drinks in the evenings, a good perk. i found the daily replenishment of towels, water bottles, and toothbrushes very convenient. a washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor proved to be a great help . the staff was friendly and helpful throughout.
the room size was a bit smaller than expected, making it slightly challenging to manage luggage.

The hotel is in a good spot close to subway stations. Several restaurants and shops are a short distance away. They provided umbrellas and an adapter . The breakfast included coffee and pastries.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They gave out restaurant recommendations. The staff assisted in canceling a restaurant reservation. They are helpful even though it was not easy to communicate in English always.

the hotel offers clean towels and water bottles daily if you skip room cleaning. the staff was very helpful at all times. public transport is close by. communal areas felt relaxed, great for meeting other travellers.
